This is an amazing Smoothie for those who don't want the banana taste, but want that smooth Smoothie consistency that usually comes with adding a Banana... This Smoothie is very Prana in its nature: cool and sweet. With Mixed berries, pure coconut water, a little Mapple Syrup, and half an Avocado, you can't go wrong!

Ingredients:
 ½ Ripe Avocado
 ¾ cup Mixed Frozen Berries
 ½ cup Pure Coconut Water "no added sugar"
 1 tbsp Pure Canadian Maple Syrup "Optional"

Cut Avocado in half, leaving the pit in the half you won't be using to preserve it for another meal. Then add the half of you will be using, plus the Coconut water, maple syrup and frozen berries into your blender. Blend until Smooth and enjoy!
