Super healthy and tasty Smoothie for immunity, gut health, and getting those needed electrolytes!

 ¼ cup Yogurt Kefir
 3 tbsp Plain yogurt
 ½ cup Pure coconut water
 1 cup Frozen mixed berries: "strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries."

Mix all ingredients in a blender! I use my personal sized hamilton blender. This is perfect for one smoothie. It is a regular go to for me for breakfast!
