Mix all of your Meatball ingredients together in a mixing bowl. I like to use a handheld mixer to really get everything blended together.

In a medium to large sized roasting pan, place meatballs about .5 an inch a part from each other. Notably, I place the meatballs in a roasting pot and not directly onto a baking sheet with parchment paper because it is safer.

I originally placed the meatballs on a cookie pan and the fat was jumping up from the meatballs; dangerous. I highly recommend you place your meatballs in a baking pot that has a lid. The roasting pot worked really well for me.

You should have about 20 meat balls. Cook at 350 for 30-35 minutes. After, transfer them over into your tomato sauce of choice and slow cook for half an hour to an hour.

As for your spaghetti squash, if you have an Instant Pot, cook with 2.5 cups of water on your manual setting for 9 minutes. Or, bake in your oven for 55-60 minutes. If baking in your oven, make sure to glaze your spaghetti squash with olive oil and cook upright.
