Looking to make a healthy dinner or lunch and don't know what to do? Here is a great healthy and tasty option. It's quick and easy. My toddler loves it too. Mind you, his salmon he likes without the ginger chunks on top! This is a very minimally processed meal that is great for you.

Ingredients
 1 Wild Pink Salmon Fillet
 ¼ Cucumber
 ½ Carrot
 ½ Yellow Pepper
  Avocado
Ginger Marinade
 1 tsp Minced Ginger
 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
 1 tsp Pure Liquid Honey

Heat Oven to 400.

Mix, soy, ginger and honey together. On a baking sheet with parchment paper, place your salmon and drizzle marinade. Save a little to drizzle over your spiralized veggies too.

Bake in over for 12-15 minutes if fresh, or 20 minutes if frozen.

Spiralize yoru veggies using a spiralizer. Cut your avocado and take 3 big pieces. Save the rest for another meal. Enjoy!

* Spiralizer needed, or if you don't have one, julienne them.
