Gluten Free Baked Banana Donuts with Cream Cheese Glaze

Yields1 Serving

Donut Ingredients
 1 tbsp Baking Powder
 4 Ripe Bananas
 ½ cup Brown Sugar
 2 Eggs
 1 pinch Salt
 2 cups Gluten Free Flour
 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
 ¼ cup salted butter, softened
Cream Cheese Icing Glaze
 1 cup Icing Sugar
 34 tbsp Cream Cheese, depending on type
 1 tsp Lemon juice

Set oven at 350 degrees.
Mash ripe bananas, and then blend on low for 1-2 minutes.
Mix dry ingredients in a big baking bowl.
Add bananas, eggs, vanilla, and 1/4 cup of butter and blend for another 2-3 minutes on medium speed.

Place batter in silicone Donut Pans, and bake for 14-16 minutes.

Let Cool and Ice!

Cream Cheese Glaze

Mix 1 cup of icing sugar with 4 tablespoons of cream cheese, and a 1/2 tsp of lemon juice. Depending on the consistency you would like for your glaze, you can add a little more cream cheese, if necessary.
