Gluten-Free Cinnamon Pancakes

Ingredients
 ¾ cup Gluten-Free all Purpose Flour
 1 tbsp Salted butter
 1 pinch Salt
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
 1 tbsp Baking Powder
 ½ cup Milk

Mix all ingredients together. Spoon pancake mixture onto warm frying pan into small round circles. This recipe will make 8 small to medium pancakes! Your heat should be lower-medium so you don't burn the mixture, and I used butter to grease my frying pan. Enjoy! These pancakes have a nice cinnamon flavour. Drizzle with Maple Syrup, and add some fresh fruits too.
