This is a super easy recipe to make and your kids will love it! I use a Gluten Free Kinnikinnick Foods Pie Crust that can be purchased in any Canadian Walmart. You are welcome to make your own too though.

Turn oven to 375 degrees, and wait until it is heat up fully. Place gluten free Pie shell in and bake for 10-12 minutes at most. Take back out.
While the oven is heating up and the pie shell is baking, prep your other ingredients.
in a medium sized bowl, add your 3 eggs and milk. Whisk together. Then add your dash of salt and pepper. Then add to the mixture your cheese and ham! Make sure your cheese is shredded and your ham of choice is diced up.
Take the pie shell out now from the oven once it has cooked for 10-12 minutes, and add the mixture of eggs, plus other ingredients into your somewhat baked pie shell.
Place the pie shell with the other ingredients you've just added back in the oven for 25-27 minutes and bake.
Take it out and enjoy it for lunch with a salad or some cut veggies! Enjoy.
