This super simple Gluten Free Lasagna recipe is sure to be a favourite. It takes a little prep time, but it is so worth it. And, there usually are leftovers.

Gluten Free Lasagna ingredients
 750 ml Cottage Cheesenot the low fat version... you could use it though if you like.
 680 ml Primo Thick and Zesty, Hot and Spicy Tomato Sauce
 1 kg Ground beef
 ½ white onionDiced
 1 tsp Crushed Himalayan salt
 ½ tsp ground pepper
 1 cup Sliced Black Olives
 1.50 cups Mozzarella CheeseSlice enough to cover the top of your lasagna
 9 Lasagna Noodles (I used Rizopia Brand Lasagna Noodles)Boil until soft 7minutes about...

Cook ground beef, add diced white onion, salt and pepper. Boil water and add lasagna noodles. Cook noodles for about 7 minutes, strain. Open Black olive can and measure 1 cup of sliced black olives. Open Primo Can of Tomato Sauce, along with your cottage cheese. used a large glass pan. I use my 9x12 pan. Layer the ingredients on top of each other. Make sure to start with tomato sauce, and end with your mozarella cheese!

My method, tomato sauce, then noodles, then ground beef and onions, then black olives, then cottage cheese, and repeat.

Bake at 375 for 40-45 minutes, and let set once out of the oven for 7-10 minutes. Enjoy!
