Granola, Yogurt, and Grapefruit Slices

Don't Skip Breakfast! It is called break-fast for a reason, a.k.a. to break your fast. Here is a healthy, and easy to make quick breakfast.

 1 cup Plain "unsweetened" Yogurt
 ¼ cup Nature's Path Gluten Free Summer Berries Granola
 ½ Grapefruit
Optional Ingredients:
 1 tbsp Maple Syrup, or Pure liquid Honey
  cup Fresh Blueberries

In bowl, place Plain yogurt and cover with Granola. You can also add blueberries like I did or another fruit of your choice. I used Gluten Free Nature's Valley Granola, but you can use what you like... To sweeten it up, and avoid refined sugars, you can drizzle your yogurt granola combo with either Maple Syrup or Honey.

Slice your Grapefruit in half: save one half for a later snack. Slice the remaining half into smaller slices.
