The other night, I didn't have greek salad dressing, or even olives, but I did have cucumbers, tomatoes, and feta cheese! We had picked up Kraft's Golden Italian Salad dressing, and I thought... why not? Turns out to have worked well. I decorated the top of my salad with pansies from the garden. Notably, the blue flower is not edible, but made for a pretty affect. This is a simple salad with a salad dressing that only added 60 extra calories to it. It was fresh and tasty!
Cut up all of the tomatoes and cucumbers and crumble feta. Add all together and then add the dressing.
