Healthy Sheet Pan: Salmon with Roasted Veggies!

This is sure to be a winner! I love having this for lunch. This recipe is for 1 person! Feel free to add more to make it for 2 etc. Be prepared to want to make this again...

Ingredients:
 1 Wild Salmon Fillet
 1 tsp Fish Seasoning Mix, or (alternative in directions)
  Yam
 1 pinch Seasoning Salt
 4 Brussel Sprouts
 1 tbsp Regular Feta Cheese
 1 tbsp Virgin Olive Oil
 1 Beet
 1 dash Cinnamon
 1 tsp Pure Liquid Honey
Directions:

Turn over on to 375. While it is heating up, prepare your baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper. Place salmon Fillet (I used a frozen wild salmon fillet).

Cut Brussel Sprouts into 1/4's, cut the 1/3 of your yam into thick fries, and finally... cut the skin off of the beet and make quite flat circles.

Place all your veggies on the baking pan, then crumble the feta over the Brussel Sprouts. After doing this, drizzle the honey over the Brussel Sprouts. Next step, shake a little Cinnamon on your beats. Sake a little seasoning salt onto your yam fries. Finally, carefully drizzle your virgin olive oil all over your vegetables, excluding your Salmon Fillet.

You will want to bake this for 20-23 minutes. Enjoy!

Salmon Seasoning Alternatives:

1. Salt and Pepper with a squeeze of lemon
2. 1 tbsp., Maple Syrup, 1 tbsp., Soy Sauce, 1/4 tsp Minced Fresh Ginger
3. 2 dashes of dill in 1 tbsp plain yogurt, $ a pinch of Himalayan Salt.
