This very easy healthier Jello Recipe is great to do anytime, and you'll avoid excess sugar, food colorings and that tartrazine that seems to be added to numerous desserts these days...

 2 cups Favourite Juice!You choose the flavour of your jello!
 1.50 cups Boiling Water
 2 Packages of Knox Gelatin

1. Choose whatever Fruit Juice you'd like to have flavour your jello. Be creative. You could do Mango, cherry, or even punch juice! Poor 2 cups whichever juice you choose into a bowl.
2. Add 2 packets of Knox gelatine, and whisk for 1 minute. Leave for 20 minutes until it is gelatinous.
3. Boil 1.5 cups of water, and add the boiling water into the bowl too. Let cook for a little bit and then chill in your fridge for 4-5 hours.

*You can be creative and add this jello into molds, or into little cups too.
**Look for juices that are very flavourful and that don't have any added sugars... This way, you know you have a healthier dessert that your kids can have often.
