You don't have to be Vegan to love this Super Creamy and healthy Over Night Oats Recipe that takes no time to make and is easy enough for a child to to help with. Tasty, Simple and Healthy, yum!

Easy Creamy Vegan Over Night Oats Recipe!

 400 ml Coconut Milk Can
 ½ cup Quick oats, old-fashioned oats, or thick-cut rolled oats.
 ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
 ½ cup fruit of choice: Raspberries, blueberries, apples
 3 tbsp Nuts of choice

I recommend using 3-4 smaller mason jars cleaned and ready to hold your over night oats. Bowls work too, but not as easy to store in the fridge.

In a bowl, mix your 1 can of Coconut Milk, 1/2 cup of oats (your choice on the style), and your vanilla extract. Once you've mixed these ingredients, go a head and add equal portions to your mason jars. Now or late, top with your favorite fruit and nuts. Yum! Easy to do and so tasty!

This recipe you can add to, as well. It is the base recipe for so many over night oat jars that I do. For instance, you could add: banana slices, or peanut butter into it, or a dab of maple syrup... The recipe here is basic and can be leveled up, per say!

Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy in the morning, or even as a snack during the day! These Overnight oats will keep for 3 days.
