Yogurt Dill Sauce for Fish

A delicious Dill Sauce that kids love! Easy and tasty, plus healthy.

 ½ cup Plain Yogurt
 2 tbsp Fresh Minced Dill
 ½ Lemon, add to taste.
 1 pinch Salt
 1 pinch Pepper
 ¼ Cucumber diced or julienned. (Optional)

In a Bowl, add the Yogurt. Squeeze half a lemon into the bowl too. Chop up your dill finely and add it to the bowl. Then add your pinch of salt and pepper. If you would like you can add cucumber in, just cut the cucumber finely or julienne it.

For my kids, I leave the cucumber out. You can have this sauce over salmon heated in the microwave for 1 minute (it gets a bit runnier), or you can opt to have it cold over your salmon. Both are amazing.
