Wanting your kid to eat more veggies? Not sure you want to cover everything in cheese sauce so they do... Here is a way you can!

 1 ½ cups Chicken or Vegetable broth
 1 cup Diced butternut squash
 ¾ cup Diced potatoes
 1 tsp Minced garlic
 ½ cup Nutritional Yeast

Boil in broth the potatoes, squash and garlic. Once boiled for 15 minutes take off and blend until smooth. Then add your Nutritional Yeast. Blend again until well mixed.

If you'd like to make it a little spicy and more like nacho cheese, just add a bit of franks red hot sauce.
