Who doesn't love a great and easy Curry that is quick to whip up! With only 7 ingredients to this Curry, it is sure to be a nice lunch or dinner option for one person.

Place 1 cup of water in a small pot. Once boiling, add 1/2 a cup of rice. Bring temperature down to below medium and cover your pot. Cook until done!
In a frying pan, heat 1 Tablespoon of Pure Olive Oil, Add your fish and fry. Once fully cooked, add 1/2 a cup of Coconut Milk, and 1Tablespoon of Red Curry Paste, and 1 Tablespoon of Pure Liquid Honey. Reduce down for five minutes about and serve over your wamr rice. Enjoy!
