Dined out with a friend at Notables. I decided to order their free range half chicken with their seasonal local vegetables and it was delicious. I liked how the potatoes were baked, along with the carrots, and the other vegetables weren’t over cooked. In retrospect, I could have shared my dinner due to the amount of chicken.
I thought the au juice sauce was perfect for the chicken and you could tell the kitchen took time to reduce the sauce down. This is a restaurant where you’ll find foods made from scratch and with care.
Free range chicken and local seasonal vegetables. A biodegradable take-out container.
People were having a good time, but it was a bit noisy.
