I chose to go with just the veggie option, and no crispy onions. I didn’t even get Tofu in the dish, because I wanted more veggies! I’d rather have more veggies than Tofu! The sauce that they use is good, but for the meal to be healthy and nutritious for the meal, the sauce should be on the side. It doesn’t need to have so much sauce. The quinoa, the asparagus are all really good, and healthy, but you don’t need the sauce. Without the sauce it is Bueno! Without the sauce and crispy onions, you’d be in about 700 calories, I think. That would be a nutritious meal. It is a little pricey, however it did fill me up. I felt very satisfied. It was good in terms of a proper full meal.
