I love using this Rizopia Lasagna Noodle brand when making my homemade lasagna. They do say they are oven ready, but I like to boil them first and then add them into my lasagna layers. If you decide to not boil them, you are going to have to add a very generous amount of pasta sauce.
These lasagna noodles are made of brown rice. They are trans-fat free, sodium free, cholesterol free, and easy to digest. One 12 ounce package has more than enough noodles for making a big lasagna. I only use 9 noodles, and there are always 5 or 6 extra noodles leftover…
I highly recommend this brand. It’s gluten-free, but you’d never know it!
