Clean, eating hacks that you and your family can use!
My first tip for eating healthy at home is to have the foods available that are highly nutritious and nutrient dense. Make these kinds of foods readily available, it’s really important. What you want to have is a fruit bowl on your counter. It the fruit is accessible for you and your family, you are more likely to eat them. My kids are always grabbing bananas, apples and oranges from my fruit bowl. So if you don’t have a fruit bowl, go get yourself one and when you’re hungry, enjoy yourself a lovely snack, a peice of fruit.
Another Eating healthy hack, if you don’t do this already, is to have one to two glasses of water that you pour freshly in the morning in your house, or at the office. When you are thirsty you have something easy to drink. This will save you the need to go into the fridge or worse, if at work the pop machine. Keep hydrated while keeping unnecessary sugary drinks out of your system.
Another tip for eating healthier foods is to replace your chips and dips with safe fresh vegetables, because celery and carrots are awesome little carrying devices instead of a chip. So, if you are wanting something crunchy with your dip, go ahead and grab a carrot and slice it up, or a celery stick or zucchini stick . Oh, and if you want to keep your sliced veggies longer, make sure you add a little bit of water with your diced up or sliced up carrots and broccoli or whatever it is, it’ll keep them in a crunchy state
Hope these healthy eating hacks help you and your family.
